The customer service representative Marlena was a fantastic representative who was very attentive and helped me end my service and helped my roommate start-up his new service. Would highly recommend this store, worth the drive always has some great deals.

Unable to resolve my issues about my bill again. Already called once. Last month spent 2 hours on that bill. They just can't seem to get it straight. So now I have to call the Telecommunications Company again so they can straighten it out

Customer service is the absolute worst! The manager Colby after a year is a manager and needs to be fired! After telling him CORPORATE stated to do xy&z he refused and was combative and belittling! Fun fact Colby, after you threatened me, refused to help me per your superiors, corporate did what you were supposed to do. Avoid this location at all costs!
