In the spring/summer when the ground is dry it's great to take the kids. There's a playground and hiking trails, could spend a couple hours with little ones. However , the playground is almost unusable if it's been cold or rainy because the playground is surrounded by hills and the water collecting creates a mud pit in the spring or an ice rink in March.

Spent so much of my younger years picnicking with my family, fishing in the pond and walking the trail. Remember catching crayfish In the stream and sledding down the hills. I even worked at one of the day camps here. Lots of good memories and probably my all time favorite park. I'd love to visit this place again..it's great

Lots to do for the entire family.

This is a great park for casual dog walks or taking kids to. There's a play structure below the dam and a walking path next to the reservoir. There is ample parking next to the Robin Hood pool. I've seen people fish in the reservoir. The walking trail is not difficult. There is a small dog park above the park in a bowl shaped feature that's fenced in. All in all a quality small park.

Just a couple dollars. But you can go to rec center and buy a summer pass
