Very happy with the quality of customer service this company provided me. They were very pleasant and prompt to interact with. The had no issues helping me keep my customer happy even through it was more work for them for the same pay. I’ve never worked here or bought products from here personally, however, my personal cell # is posted on their receiving door. Constantly get calls from people trying to deliver to this location spanning several months. I’ve reached out to them several times to remedy this situation to no avail. Complete incompetence is all I have dealt with so far. Very unreasonable for this to keep happening. It’s very unfortunate I can’t give less than 1 star.

When they say varies with the role, what they mean is that the ones who actually make the product and ensure it is up to quality standards get paid peanuts, but the ones who sit at a desk doing the simple job of talking to people get paid quite a bit more.
