The absolute WORST home health care company in the county and possibly the state. Do your research please ! The owner of the company hires anyone off the street . She sends anyone to your loved ones houses and she won’t cover if they call in sick and you’re screwed ! Beware !!!

A skilled agency such as Custom Helpers can provide non-skilled services as well as skilled services (nursing by a registered nurse) and holds the proper license to do so.
We have a contract signed by both client and assessor.
All our caregivers/employees are Custom Helpers Home Healthcare employees. We are responsible for workman’s compensation, tax liability, general insurance, etc.
Yes, we do. We have proper in-service trainings done with a registered nurse to maintain our skills.
-Ask for proof of a state license. (Will have expiration date and the category of license – homemaker, skilled nursing, etc.) -Ask for a copy or proof of workman compensation and insurance. -Ask about employee vetting (criminal background check and BEAs checks)
