Incompetent. Scheduled for spark plugs to be changed. Not only is website pricing incorrect, was double what price was online. Wrong persons information on paperwork and also did not hook everything back up properly. Start/stop is not available yet they test drove it afterwards??? So I have to go back tomorrow to see if they can get it right. Other than that I will give them no more of my business. Wasting my time and money for them to do a job they supposedly are equipped to handle. Did not complete job properly! Do not trust this service department, take your vehicle somewhere else.

Got oil change they didn't even rotate tires didn't realize until I was home . your would rotate tires after every oil change

I wouldn't recommend going without an appointment. I ALWAYS make an appointment for any service work and have been doing so the past 4 1/2 years. I was there literally almost 2 hours for my last oil change, and I had an appointment. I hate to think how long it would take without one!
