I love my new apartment. And maintenance men have been great! However, the front office staff(particularly Diane) have been unprofessional and very rude since day one, even before I moved in here, trying to move in here with the whole application process I have been given horrible condescending attitude, today as I leave this 1 star review, was the last straw and finally spoke up and said something about the mistreatment. What was I met with? More mistreatment and resentful attitudes. I suggest these ladies in the office if they hate their job so much(because it’s evident that they do if that’s how your attitude is pretty much everyday) then find a new job because mistreating tenets and talking however you feel like to them will not fly. Not everyone will accept poor behavior and unprofessional attitudes from workers. Someone somewhere is going to say something. I’ve had enough. Disgusting.

Yes they do. The bedrooms in all 2 br units are upstairs though, so I believe accommodations would have to be made.

No their is no pool in this complex. Their is a swimming spot through the woods in a stream behind heather ct though
