I found a fire near the police parking garage. The flames were about 1 foot and a weird unprofessional firefighter told me to shut up. 911 was notified. Then a cop called me and I told him go ask your employees. Odd experience.

Are there tours to bring children to check out the station and meet the people who help keep us safe? My son would LOVE it!

As you can imagine the men and women in these stations could be out on a call at any given moment so to schedule a tour to meet them it would be difficult to predict. My advice would be to call the station and ask or ring the doorbell when you see the trucks are in the station and ask for a tour with your child.
