Incompetent employees making promises on reservations but empty promises when you show up to pick up your car that was promised to you on the phone, twice ! Manger Rudy has an excuse for every empty promise you call him out on and blames it on the previous shift. Extremely poorly run operation. Worst Enterprise location ever.
