This Kia dealership is amazing! We start going to this place for routine car service and ever since I haven't gone to any other Kia dealership. Beside their fantastic customer service, they have helped us in many ways. They notified us about a refund program for our car model, and they got us a gift card that we used for multiple oil changes at their service department. Also recently we experienced mechanical issue with our car engine, and we sent our car to their service department for a repair. Once again I was impressed with their customer service. They diagnosed the car within few days, and they told us that can fix it and use warranty to cover the cost!!! I am leaving this review to say thank you Steve, Randy and everyone else at Kia of Everett whom made this dealership an amazing Kia dealership. Thank you!

I’m a bit late for my review but I wanted to make sure I’d made a good purchase before saying anything. Happy to say the Kia Forte GT-Line I bought has given me no complaints thus far. Doug was very helpful in going over all the features as I’d never driven a car newer than 2004 before this point. Doug also helped streamline the moving process to the new car and was very transparent, helpful, and friendly during the process. Overall a solid experience at Kia of Everett, thanks Doug!

Made another visit to Kia of Everett and once again, I met up with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable gentleman named Quincy Jones. Mr. Jones was so helpful and down to earth and assure me that I was in the right hand-which I had already known. Again, I immediately felt comfortable in his presence and he provided helpful advice-though this time, his hardworking Staff assisted. We were all now working as a Team-with me headlining decisions that I was comfortable with. After hours of strategic thinking, I was introduced to a vehicle that I not only fit into, but satisfied my needs. I was even told that my monthly payments would be at a comfortable agreement that works for me! Therefore I ended up with a classic storybook ending that projected how well Mr. Jones and his Staff works well with their Customers. Again my experience was top notch and I am going to continue to refer Family and Friends to Mr. Jones and his Co-Workers at Kia of Everett. Again-Mr. Jones, I appreciate the Service that you and your Team gave me and I look forward to my next visit.

My husband and I have been looking at a specific car for months, Kia of Everett had it with 3 different tiers. When I called to get some information on the car I spoke with Cody, who I believe is a Customer Service Rep. He was very patient and explained the differences to us. Ultimately we waited too long to come buy it and they no longer had one on site. Jake, the sales rep, was able to take us on a test drive of a similar vehicle and helped us preorder the one we wanted. Jake made the whole experience easy and mostly painless. So far we are loving our Niro Plug In Hybrid.
