Well-staffed, knowledgeable reps on site for MOST things BUT in my case they had to connect me, from in the store, to phone reps at the main office. I was still on hold with Verizon support on the phone for 3 hours speaking with 6 different agents before someone was able to fix it. The people on the phone were terrible (except for the last one fixed it (I hope).

Why can't I get hold of the store? Whenever I call I get picked up by Verizon online. Do t he employees at the store have the phones forwarded?
