Landlord bought a used stove from Reds but it was missing the broiler rack and tray we called and was told to come in and it would be replaced. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure that we had the correct parts for our stove! Staff is very nice and helpful! They have a very large inventory of appliances both new and used and I will be shopping there for all of my appliance needs!

Yes we do. Our used appliances come with a 90 Day Repair or Replace Guarantee. If any issues arise after the purchase of your appliance you can bring it in for repair. If it is unrepairable, we will credit you the amount you paid for the machine to put towards the same type of appliance you've purchased. However, all appliances are sold as is and any cosmetic, missing parts or broken pieces are not replaceable. All repaired/replaced appliances are based on the 90 day from date of purchase, which means that the guarantee does not extend an additional 90 days after repaired or replaced, but remains within the original guarantee of the 90 day.
All Sales of our used and scratch and dent appliances are final sale and are sold in the condition it is in when accepted on delivery or picked up from our warehouse. Items that need to be returned, must be returned within 7 days from the date it was purchased and will incur a restocking fee.
They have new to order but their used ones are great and very clean.
They sell used appliances at Reds Appliances. Their pretty reasonable as well

They sell second-hand appliances so I would assume that they buy them secondhand, then they repair & clean it and then they resell it. Call that store and ask.
