My husband and I went there for a quick and PCR testing. The technician was very kind and answered all our questions. The only complaint I have is they won’t give you PCR results over the phone. We had trouble getting my husbands results on email because we share same email address. They had Dr fax results to us. All in all, a good experience and we both tested negative

The rudest people I have ever spoken to. I don’t know what kind of people they hire to give “customer service” but it’s appalling. I can’t believe in the middle of a pandemic with COVID cases rising that this is the behavior of these people. Their google result is a lie you do need an appointment to get tested. Was treated horrible by the customer service at the farmingdale location.

I called and attempted to gain access to my records through the patient portal. I was told they don’t give access to the patient portal like Quest or Lab Corp does and to refer to my doctor. When I asked the representative “Ron”why he just told me to speak to my doctor for my results. In my case I have already received my results verbally from my doctor since these were performed months ago and I should be able to access my health information. I was then hung up on. If you want a lab that is stuck in the dark ages and won’t release your records, this is the one! At least give me a reason or require I fill out a HIPAA release form.

If I could give no stars I would, the WORST customer service I have ever received, and as a person who works in the health care field I would be ashamed at the people they have hired to represent their MASSAPEQUA location on BROADWAY. I will never step foot in one of these establishments again.
