I contacted NutraScience to manufacture a product for my company. I spoke to Ryan Gillen about my product. At the beginning he was very responsive, but then he stopped answering my emails. I was ready to get my sample and work with this lab, but Ryan never got back to me. I followed up for 2 weeks and he never answered. Way to lose clients and leave a terrible impression for the company.
