Today I went to pick it up my edger, they were unable to get parts for it. When we were going to load it in the car the guy comes out with a arrogant attitude because I asked him why my parts were a bag and not put together. His answer was he couldn't fix it any way and that's what they do. Really!! When I pressed him to put it together he wanted to charge me another $30 and told me I was quibbling about it. He was raising his voice and just nasty. Then he said he wouldn't charge me. (make up your mind) I finally said just put it in the car. I hope he doesn't speak to his mother that way no respect for an older women. He obviously has anger issues and appeared agitated. Never going there again too bad the other employee's were so nice, and I was going to get a price on a riding lawn mower and snowblower, not now! So much for wanting to support a local business that won"t happen, big box for me.
