The staff is is very selective about who they care about and who they help. And when you do ask for help they find excuses and reasons why they don't need to help and why it's your fault something happened to you.

Why are these questions being ignored? Not cirticizing but ...my son is homeless but sober 2 months on methadone maintenence (proof of sobriety AND recovery) IS there a way that a person can stay there for a month rent free as they get a job?
