From somebody who worked at wing stop before, the day I came in I waited 40 minutes for an online order. The oil hasn’t been filtered, literally smoking the whole place. Dirty, don’t come to this wing stop. Wings only take 8 minutes to cook, 10 minutes for extra dry and crispy, fries 3 minutes and saucing only takes literally a few tosses in a bowl. Why the hell is it taking so long when I’ve been at the front of the queue?

They only gave me one order of wings. Then expected me to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get my food without and accommodating. I’m sorry, but customer service really sucks these days. I spoke to the manager. We will not be coming here again. And we used to visit atleast twice a month

Their menu and website are great, but we ordered pickup and all the fries were soggy and all the fancy fry flavors don’t actually taste any different - we all got something different and all of them were the same. The wings weren’t cooked all the way. When I went to get our fountain drinks, about a 1/3 of the flavors were dark and some of the ones that weren’t didn’t actually have any flavor. Also, we ordered both blue cheese and ranch and got all ranch.

Usually don’t get reviews like this but…. Despite the negative reviews I chose to go here still. And the rumors are true unfortunately. The wings I ate put me in the toilet all night. They were not cooked all the way through. I will not be returning to this location. Sad cause this is one of my favorite wing places.
