I had a great experience during my stay! Tim was extremely nice and pleasant, he was very accommodating and provided me with new bed sheets and towels. He even checked up on me during my 4 week stay. I did not have any issues with any of the other roommates, they were all really nice and respectful! Thank you Tim for your hospitality and all that you do! I absolutely recommend renting a room from any of Tim's properties, as you will not regret it! Safe, secure and clean!

I'm traveling and got in late but was still able to reach someone to get a bed and sleep, nice clean very affordable spot in a historic district and a helpful person helped me get in quick that night as I arrived... Found out later other rooms were available and found a nice room for an extended stay which saved me a lot of time and money running around. Thnx Again

Royal Darkness

Police was called over 5 times during my stay because of his tenants. One time was @ 2am & they was beating on the window where I was sleeping! They even threaten to arrest me when I didn't know what was going on. Tim was very nonchalant about everything as if it was a joke! The bathrooms are disgusting and the rooms are too. Outside looks a hot mess! Evil spirits are all in that house! Do not go there! Terrible experience! 120 dollars gone & for what? I want my money back!! The address & photos listed on Google isn't the same house I was staying at!! A total scam!! 1422 Athens Ave (photos below) is the correct address! You are in the hood where the clukers are ready to rape you! People walking all hours of the night! The positive reviews are from fake pages Tim created. How dare you, Tim? You need to go to jail TIM!!! Those pics are fake and so are you!!!! Sending me to another address knowing you lying! Fake fake fake! Beware!!

Out of the many Hostels and places I have stayed over the years this has been one of the best experiences I have had. So much so, that I felt the need to write a review. The location was ideal for getting in and out of downtown Atlanta. It was right next to the train station which was very convenient. Tim, landlord/home owner, was also very amenable when it came to the appliances and any discrepancies that may have come up during the stay. The other guests were respectful and decent. Which I can’t say happens often in a hostile. Tim would come by at least once a day to check on things and make sure everyone was okay and that the house had supplies. My stay was very much enjoyed and I plan to stay there again next time I’m back in Atlanta!
