Hi yes nothing worse than a run down house making neighborhoods look terrible! But it really has nothing to do with the housing authority it is not their responsibility to do upkeep on these homes...try contacting the landlords or bring the issue up at a town meeting maybe that will get the ball rolling and these lazy landlord to do their jobs as landlords...hope this helps☺

No if you all arent on section 8 no, try beating someone elses system...people like this make it very hars for the rest of us to find housing
