They have great stuff, the people were great in the past. I wanted to order parts on doors installed 5 years ago- had to find the two staff working (who were NOT wearing masks BTW- one not at all, another with it hanging down) only to be told “Call back Monday- Kathy will help you”. Probably would have given them 4 Stars if better COVID practices in place. I wanted to support a local business but placed an online order instead for my parts ☹️.

Great selection of doors and windows, friendly sales staff and an extensive show room that allows you not only to look at the quality of the merchandise but also to test drive it. Well as much as you can test drive a window, door or skylight. The products are installed in demonstration models so you can see how they open and close how easy it is to operate features like tilt in and flip cleaning and more. Hello Tim. Each door would need an extension kit. Depending on whether you have traditional door handles, architectural hardware, or a contemporary handle set would determine the cost.
