We have full capacity at Celtics games, and Boston Bruins games. There is no reason why the RMV and the environmental registration offices should not be open. I understand you’re following directions but the customer service you’re providing in compensation is pathetic.

OK, parking down here is a pain, but welcome to Boston. But once you get inside the place is clean and easy to find. I have registered two boats here and both times I walked directly up to the counter and they completely processed everything and gave me the registration sticker/documentations immediately. Only took a few minutes. If you check the website it gives a very detailed list of everything you need. The people that helped me were pleasant and even friendly. Literally the best interaction with a government agency I have ever experienced.
