Enterprise is a great centralized location in Greenfield Mass,, but I think they really needed diversify this services for their customers, also offer affiliate discounts at different kinds for memberships that were a part of and pay into on a monthly basis, I believe they just need a flat out offer better deals on a regular basis as well to customers at least once a month specials El cheapo weekend rentals etc and also specials on One Way rentals which I don't think they participate in at this time,.. for such a big company there's still overpriced they could be more competitive and lower the price prices. And especially offer customer loyalty rewards for local people that really need to rent a car once in a while like myself to get to Boston.

Worst experience ever and worst customer service . Would not rent me a car because I was with my kids the lady complained about them and was very rude to me .. set our trip back two days because they kept making empty promises

Reserved a car for it not to be there, no phone call no nothing, really terrible service and personal. Save yourself the headache and book with someone else.
