Colleen is very professional, she always answers my calls or gets back to me as soon as possible. I am going on my fifth year living in maybrook village apartments I am Very happy with my experiences that I have had here Jay in maintenance is great the times I needed assistance Jay has always answered and been there within 30 minutes to handle the problem with completely professional manner he us great to deal with and I'm so happy he's on the team here at maybrook village.Colleen is great o deal with she and Jay work together to make our small development feel like home ,they work hard to keep the property looking great winter and summer .Thumbs up to Jay and Colleen ,Thank You For All Your hard work .
