Currently, Day 5 of no air conditioning. Wish I could say this is the first time this has happened. Heating and air problems seem to happen every other month or more. Maintenance is always extremely slow to respond. Great space for the money if you can live without AC/ Heating, two months without a dishwasher, bathtub faucet that won't stop dripping creating a constant mildew battle, and my personal favorite- a trash valet service that doesn't walk but throws the bags down the stairs, so there is constant broken glass and trash in the entryway/ stairwell/ and parking lot of your apartment. Other than that, it's been great.

I am absolutely appalled with how the management treats its clients. My friend had gone to the office to request some release forms as her dad had recently passed away at the residence. They chose to blatantly disregard her simple request and made her and her family wait hours for what should have been a simple signed document. They refused to take any responsibility in their response and chose instead to chalk off the delay as simply them being "busy". It's really clear that they don't care about their residents. One of their very own passed away and they couldn't handle the documentation in a timely manner. They did not address any of our concerns or communicate with us throughout this process. No one should have to go through with such a traumatic experience.

Today was our 4th repair they said it was all fixed couple hours later department at 79 degrees and it does not work
And keep in mind you called me several times and keep in mind my credit is 685 was and still is still climbing I was turned down for not having a sufficient credit score-- oh please-- and not having enough real estate the response into me didn't make any sense
