Such a fun and positive environment. My daughter's confidence has blossomed since starting here last summer! We love all the staff, especially miss Mary and miss Ginny!

So disappointed with this facility. They will move your kid to a different class and nobody will bother o explain to you what going on, or care about how that can affect you or your child. Not even an apology

yes Dutchess County Gymnastics Center runs Open Gym on Fridays from 6:45pm to 8:45pm (2 hrs) 20$ for non members and 15$ for class/team members!

My child is disabled, I would like her to take classes. She’s 4 yrs old. How much would it be?

I am so glad she is interested in taking classes. This is definitely the place for you. We love everything about this place. Unfortunately I am not certain on the pricing for disabled children. I do know that they are very affordable. Sorry I couldn't be of assistance. I will gladly answer any other questions you may have.

There aren't any adult classes, but we do have an occassional adult open gym.

Under normal circumstances, we would have Open Gym on Fridays for ages 5 and up. For the forseeable future, all activities need to be structured to maintain distance and being able to sanitize between athletes, so we have had to reorganize and limit sizes and activities

I did gymnastics when I was younger and I would like to start again I will be 13 in November. I don’t want to do any competitions I would really like to focus on learning to tumble and do flips. Do you offer that without competing?

Yes! We have a 12+ class for girls of all abilities on all 4 apparatus as well as tumbling classes for those that just want to flip. Give us a call tomorrow between 9am and 8pm and we can answer all of your questions about schedule, pricing and specifics!
