They love to upsell you things you don't need. Don't test your water there they send you away with a ton of different chemicals that aren't necessary besides shock or salt. Go elsewhere!

The house we bought was serviced by Rainbow for over 20 years so we decided to use them for our pool maintenance and repair as well. This company will charge you for repairs which most of the time do not correct the problem and then they come back and charge you more. If they break something of yours they do not take responsibility and say that accidents happen and that you need to pay for the replacement. They do have the work for closing of the pool and expect you to do things that they do not resulting in your pool equipment dying. And again, that is your fault. Everyone that talk to about their pools has had the same experiences so I feel stupid for not asking around for feedback. Beware of them. No matter what happens, your gonna pay for it one way or another.
