Yesterday I ordered paint for a specific color at 11:30 from the Fishkill store online and I hadn’t received any email by 4:30 pm. Now mind you this wasn’t the first time I ordered paint online. But, I called and no one answered the phone so my fiancé drove down to inquire about the order and was told it was in process and will be a few min. Well he waited and now it was 5:10 pm so he walked over to the paint and no one was there. So he went back to customer service and advise there was no one at the paint department and she said it should be done. She left and inquire so he followed her and their was no one at the paint department she then calls someone from another department to mix the paint and that person stated they didn’t know how to mix the paint. Meanwhile my fiancé was hearing the whole conversation and the customer service girl didn’t realize he followed her and hears her say. I have this impatient guy at customer service hounding me for his paint. So my fiancé said i ain’t impatient. I figured 1 can of paint wasn’t that difficult to mix after 6 hours of ordering it. He asked for the manager and had to make a complaint about the 6 hour wait and the customer service mouth. Customer service has gone down for sure these days… if your going to order online give yourself 1 to 2 days advance.

This particular location has great customer service reps. Some obvious things for the house can only be purchased online.
