They are supposed to help you with housing,finding a job,but they have done none of this,I came in with section 8 and a nycha voucher, about to lose both because they are more worried about doing ILP's and medical stuff when I already have my own doctors and they can get results with 1 phone call, it's like being in prison mess hall open 3 times a day,gotta go through security procedures just to step out and smoke,like Attica,food is horrible,I spent half my life in jail they help you get on your feet when you are about to go home better than the service they are paid to help you with here.

This place is terrible. Simply terrible.they gave us bed bugs evicted us illegally and then continue to steal our packages

Dirty, unkept, unprofessional, building for junkies, plethora of mentally unstable individuals, constant fighting, everything is broken( water pipes heaters ceiling panels , mice rat and roach infested, main door always broken, x ray scanner constantly breaking down, elevators constantly breaks down, handicap people on upper floors, building understaffed

There is no laundry facility directly in the place. There is a Laundromat very close though
