I don't think she meant that.. she meant if they pick up clothes from your residence probably. That's what I'm getting. I don't know the answer though. I'm going to assume they do not.

Goodwill does not pay for clothing donations or host exchanges. It does provide receipts to donors for tax purposes.

Goodwill is again accepting books, as long as they are in good condition. Only exceptions are no encyclopedias or textbooks that are old or marked up.

Because Goodwill is donation-driven, it depends on whether Barbies or electronics were donated to us. We do accept both Barbies (as vintage or collectible dolls) and small working electronics.

We pick up individual's donations if they consist mainly of clothing and household goods in good condition. Due to the high cost of transportation, we require 35-45 bags/boxes for a pickup. And we do not accept furniture.
