After our local family run dealership closed, we needed to find a place to service our vehicles. I wanted to find a place with as much as the same atmosphere as possible. I brought my truck in for an oil change on Thursday and I can’t say enough great things about this dealership. Dana in the Service department was very friendly and knowledgeable as while everyone else were just as friendly. We will definitely be back for our car service needs. I think that the tech are competent, but I'm feel that the things I had to pay for should of all been picked up on before the sale, as they were all valid complaints. Therefore I would not recommend any friends or family to shop at the Towne auto group. Steve
