Robert Leshko was very helpful from the moment that I walked into the door back in the middle of January looking to order a new Chevrolet Malibu. He explained the whole process to me as my previous car I purchased off of the lot back in 2008 and this was my first time ordering a car. He also explained all of the current constraints and issues that the auto industry was facing with the chip shortage among other things. Throughout the process Mr. Leshko kept me informed with any changes that needed to be made along with regular updates. I had a very pleasant buying experience with Troutman's, as this is my second vehicle purchase from them and I would highly recommend them!
