I had them out once to unclog a drain that had caused a massive flood in our apartment. He unclogged it so quickly that he said he wasn't even going to charge me! Amazing service and I really appreciate the consideration.

While showering, my water keeps cooling off. I readjust and it's scalding hot so I turn it down. About every minute or so, I'm readjust the water temperature. Why? It's a very old house.
