Absolute horrible customer service. The agents especially. The 3rd party towing company they use is unreliable and insufficient. I took outside for 2+ hrs with a 5yr old in 90° heat waiting for a tow truck that was SCHEDULED to come 2+ hrs before. Was on the phone for HOURS trying to confirm with Progressive and the tow company the issue. They were picking up the WRONG car at the WRONG location and no one would help me. Absolutely sickening. On top of that, they were unwilling to reinstate the tow that was unsuccessful and they wouldn't not compensate me a rental car due to THEIR mishandling of information.
