Catnip Controversy

I went in the other day and the receptionist in yellow was more preoccupied with her phone than checking me in. I stood there waiting while she just stood around with her phone in her hand. She didn't even look in my direction, she almost seemed like she was ignoring me on purpose. I went up to the other receptionist after she was finally available, giving this lady the benefit of the doubt which I don't know why I did, and was immediately moved to the lady playing on her phone. So I could have checked in that entire time. I asked her twice if she saw me standing there and she just chuckled the second time. I don't know who hired her but she is clearly not interested in her job at all. Seems like the hospital is just desperate for people now.

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. These days it’s hard to make appointments and get through to anyone and the staff here is efficient, accommodating, and caring.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Not only does Dr. Kaufman refuse to see me because he believes I'm grossly overweight, but his receptionist told me I need to lose weight or find another surgeon. Nothing quite like fat shaming in the medical community.
