Driver can’t seem to figure out house numbers, even after multiple interactions with the driver himself and support over the phone. Number is on the mailbox, which is directly in front of the house. USPS doesn’t have an issue, fedex doesn’t have an issue, only UPS. We pay for shipping, deliver it, it’s your job.

They are open 24/7, Monday thru Friday night. Best to call ahead with pro number to ensure it is available
It needs to be packed in some sort of container I.E wood crate cardboard box. Keep in mind this is a trucking company. Freight of all kinds 5lbs to to 20000 lbs Most items are put into trailers with forklifts as most of the freight is on pallets.
