The one person who deserves credit here is Katherin for keeping her composure and profesionalism in the midst of complete chaos. Understaffed, unorganized, came in last week made an appointment for 1:45 and once arrived I was told no drug testing after 1 pm, no notice, no call no text. I was told to walk in since THEY DONT DO APPOINTMENTS!!! I come in a few days later with NO appointment as I was told, I waited FOUR hours, 10:30-2:30 pm, while people WITH appointments waited an hour or less. Waiting room has about 8 chairs for a room which was so packed there was nearly anywhere to stand. I was here by obligation, will not be back by choice.
