Showed up before my appointment time, checked in early, was never alerted for my appointment. When I finally walked in to see what the holdup was they were closed. Took off a half day of work for nothing, thanks.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful and professional despite the rude patients. There was extended wait times and appointment only, but the two staff members that were working completed their work quickly and efficiently. Props to them for not only working under pressure but having to deal with the ignorance and the disrespect of the patients. Lapcorp must do better to fully staff their facilities and humans need to understand respect and patience.

Absolute joke. No staff. Waited almost 90 minutes with an appointment. No updates, no communication. You'd think if you are running that late you'd tell people when they arrive, or before even. Had to leave without the services and was late for work. The guy working there was an embarrassment.

I met Rithika, on my second visit to this location, who was very considerate and professional. This is the best location in Florida. Also, I met Giorgio on my first visit. Very thankful that everyone is very nice., and it is a exceptionally clean location.
