The staff is nice and helpful, clean store. I think the product selection is just below that of petsmart though and the prices are definitely a little higher. Good thing is they price match but kinda annoying to pull up prices of all the things you are purchasing.

I went to the southside store in Jacksonville FL to adopted a kitten. The store offers adoptions which is great but there is a catch - you have to adopt two kittens or a kitten and an older cat if you do not have a cat. I never heard of such a thing. There were no signs or anything with this stipulation. I was denied as I only wanted one cat. This store should be ashamed of them selves denying a good home the opportunity to adopt a kitten. This store and foster person for these cats should be investigated for improper animal treatment and false advertising.

I came in and asked for a chew toy recommendation to give my dog on our road trip. The employees were all super nice and knowledgeable. One person picked out a few different flavors for him to try and saved me some money. This dude is in love and gonna be chewing away at this for weeks :) many thanks to the super friendly staff, sorry I never caught their name. Best pet store on earth👏👏
