This location has really went down hill. Erica and Diane aren’t pleasant, and the other young ladies are very unprofessional. I believe it’s a family business because there’s no way they are getting away with the amount of ghetto this location displays. They have no professionalism about them at all which is reflected upon calling the office. The proper phone adequate is not there whatsoever. They speak to you as if they are talking to someone out on the streets. To sum it all up in one word would be UNORGANIZED! They tell you that you can schedule shifts through the facilities upon notifying them of your schedule weekly. However, they have a tendency to cancel your shifts (no explanation)that weren’t scheduled with them to begin with. Even if you are under 40 hours! My guess is that they give the shifts to employees they have a relationship with. It is extremely hard to get 40 hours per week through them as they always say sorry the shift is already filled literally a second after sending out shift availability. This is due to favoritism. Plenty of Arbor’s employees have an issue with this location but are scared to voice their opinion’s due to fear of losing hours or getting no hours at all. The pay is great, so if management would start running this place like a true business with compassion towards its workers it would be great! I recently relocated to palm coast with hopes that I will have a better experience with this location. I explained to them what I experienced and with the pleasant customer service I received I feel I made the right decision.

Erica and Diane is a joke and need to be out of business. From the staff they hired is worthless, lazy, ghetto and just all about getting paid high rates and don't do their jobs. AVOID THIS CIRCUS I really hope they get new owners( take out the trash). 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
