I usually order and pay through the app when ordering from this or any DD. Everything is usually accurate and the window person usually very friendly and efficient. Now, if only the hot chocolate was richer and not as watery...😋

One of the blending machines was malfunctioning. I was slightly annoyed by one of the girls behind the counter. She was very dramatic and obnoxious, acting goofy, and having a whole cafeteria conversation with the other employees about a broken machine. There was no apology for the inconvenience. I heard one of them say "No more giving out strawberry banana smoothies" when I was waiting on mine to be finished. I will never come back to this location ever again. Sundays are usually busy and donuts be sold out. I'm only giving this Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins a 2-star because the smoothies were good.
