Do not move here constant hot water issues mold all through the apartment I asked to be moved to a different unit because of the mold problem and hot water issues and that has not been done. I’m guessing because all of these units actually have a mold problem after reading some of the other reviews from tenants. They have their maintenance man come in and cover the mold with paint it grows back they send him to paint over it again. They send out statements that say you owe more than what you really do. You can never reach anyone from the leasing office, you have to physically go in there to speak with someone not helpful whatsoever worst place for me to move for my first apartment.

I just move in and, my move in experience was great. I found a minor issue during my inspection and, after submitting my request, the response time was fast and the maintenance Shawn that assisted me was really nice .

I have now lived at stonebridge for over 10 years past owners. Their maintenance team has not been very well in responding to problems at the apartment, but I must say now the maintenance man Kevin and the new maintenance team have upgraded their service greatly I can appreciate how Kevin takes the time to explain what he's going to do and what the problem is and how he is going to take care of it. I have also dealt with some very crazy and very disrespectful neighbors as far as the noise, but I can't explain to you how quickly a response was given when I complained about the noise which is also very appreciated guys. Thank you
