Great communication from the owner (Dennis) and everything was just as described! Very clean cottage with 2 large bathrooms, both stocked with towels. Beach gear (towels and chairs) provided. Convenient, quiet location close to downtown, the pier, Sanibel, etc. We stayed at the Gulf Cottage and it was roughly 100ft from the ocean. Perfect for sitting on the deck and watching sunsets. Speaking of sunsets, if you walk down to Bowditch you can watch the sunset over the bridge to Sanibel! This was exactly what we were looking for! Thanks Dennis! We look forward to visiting again!

We rented the Gulf Cottage. Everything was perfect! It was so clean, looked like brand new appliances, beautiful wood floors, a gorgeous sun room, and an amazing deck with a private entrance to the pool. We had everything we needed to enjoy our week stay. The custom beach towels were a nice touch. The attention to detail on these cottages and maintenance on them is impeccable. We owned rentals in Naples 3 blocks from the beach, so I know how much work goes into places like this, and I can say the owners deserve way more than 5 stars for how amazing they keep them up. We were ready to book again before we were even half way through our first stay!! Great job Dennis 👏 👍

Hello Todd. Although we have a no-pet rule we occasionally waive that rule for dogs once we have been made comfortable that we do not need to worry about damage to the cottage, or the possibility of creating an annoyance to our other guests. When we do allow a pet there is a non-refundable $175 pet fee.
