The room we got was a wonderful location. There is no daily room service. Only 1 elevator that is ancient. Check out is at 9am which usually places check out at 10 or 11. I would like to say that the rules are strongly enforced but they are not in every way! The owners are very nice tho.

I have not rented mine out, I've been told you can call the office ask genie if she knows anyone looking for the week you want to rent out, she may have you call Ral. What week are you wanting to rent out ? I rent sometimes from one guy and I pay him about 20 dollars over his annual fee. I'm always trying to rent a week the butts up to mine so I can get move from mine to the next and that way I have two weeks in a row there. Mine is in the 2 story building the first weekend of June. Are you wanting to rent yours out ? When is your week ?
Mrs. Karen Mason explained it perfectly. As an employee here I admit, it's an amazing place to visit. People are SUPER friendly, resort is smack front and center on the beach. It's a must.....
