I have not rented mine out, I've been told you can call the office ask genie if she knows anyone looking for the week you want to rent out, she may have you call Ral. What week are you wanting to rent out ? I rent sometimes from one guy and I pay him about 20 dollars over his annual fee. I'm always trying to rent a week the butts up to mine so I can get move from mine to the next and that way I have two weeks in a row there. Mine is in the 2 story building the first weekend of June. Yes Dianna, like Dalton said . I would call Jeannie at the office and let her know that you won't be able to make it that week . She should be able to let you know if someone is looking to rent that week .
Are you an owner? If your an owner then you just have to notify the office that someone else is staying in the unit. Your still responsible for the unit so make proper arrangements with whoever stays there.
