Traditionally gyro meat is gluten free but it depends on the chef. If you ask your server they would be more than happy to accommodate you.
They never owned the Plaka on the Beach, but instead Plaka 2 in Fort Myers. He sold it a few years ago and sadly passed away 2 years ago.
