Not very good service. Went in and tried to buy a cooler. They had three in the display case and the lady at the register said in a very rude tone, "that's all we have in the display case" well then tell me why they are even in there with a sign saying if you want to purchase these talk to the cashier. Well we did that and was very unhappy with the way we were treated. If your not going to sell the things you have in the display case. Then take that stuff out of there!! The resteraunt was very good but the travel center gas station area was very very rude and unhelpful. I am travelling over 2000 miles and it would have been nice to get a cooler. Won't be stopping there again.

Tried to eat at the restaurant. I was totally ignored. Went to a table toward the back and it was marked closed table. I proceeded back up front and sat at a table that was open. 2 available there in front of the staff and kitchen food hand out. Those 2 tables had food crumbs all over them. I sat there like 10 minutes and got passes by twice. Look at the cameras if there are any in there management. I didn’t try to get waitress attention. She is there to assist me and passed right by me at 3 or 4 foot distance and I was the first table right in the middle of the floor. Believe me I was highly visible in my electric blue shirt. Staff was just doing a lot of talking amongst themselves.

The truck stop is great a lot of parking for truckers. Shops are great Starbucks, Iron skillet. The shop is terrible my second time getting service here. The teca take forever. Checked in for a pm at 10am. It’s 11:50 pm they are just getting done. They don’t follow TA and petro time guidelines for service at all. The techs all have attitudes and talk to you as if you are a problem. I seen them turn a truck away for service for no reason except the night manager Jose didn’t want to do the job. The one plus front desk Jessica was a sweetheart. Get it together TA/Petro truckers spend a lot of money here should be treated better.
