The unit is infested. The owner/manager of the unit is extremely unprofessional. Problems are not resolved in an appropriate manner, at all. The occupants have been living in an unsafe and inhabitable unit due to the owner/manager's decisions. Beware!!!

The building are quite well kept. Walking distance from USF. Parking is available on permit. Individually owned condos are well kept. Good place. The price depends on the owner so contact them separately.

There are restrictions. Real estate agents can find from hoa.

We had asked where we would park our boat .They replayed they do not let people bring there boats .So we simply won't be buying or renting from them at SUNRIDGE PALMS CONDOS in Tampa.
