I had been with this bank for over two years with minimal issues, the two weeks I have been calling with issues regarding account every few days. I have no went elsewhere for banking after MIDFLORIDA turned off my card for fraud without notifying myself in anyway or even reaching out to verify if I made the “fraudulent” transaction which I did. When I called to get the card turned back on the representative on the other end stated “you got a text” I stated no I did not get any notification what so ever then she stated “well you did it is done through text and if you’re not signed up for it it’s not our issue” when I stated I was signed up she ignored me and continued to end the call. I have had enough with this institution and once my credit card is paid off it will be canceled. I only wish I could switch my car loan as well but alas I cannot. Avoid this company if you want easy banking with proper communication.
