Lived here for 9 months now and love it. The apartments are great, it’s a great little community. Perfect location you have everything close by malls, schools, parks, convienent stores, etc. there isn’t a website because you have landlords here but at the front Brandon is great and willing to help anyone and answer any questions you may have. I’ve had my fair share of apartment rentals and learned really quick you get what you pay for; However I do feel like you get more here.

Am staying at this apartment for close to 9 months and I can't wait to vacate. I only moved because of the school close by for my daughter. The location is pretty good. Close to Publix, Walmart, CVS. That is the only good part. The apartment has absolutely no maintenance since it's HOA. Not even blowing the dry leaves off the corridors. Gym is pathetic. Nothing works. Pool is unclean. No children play area. There is one Basketball wooden court used for storing old maintenance stuff for reuse. I have seen people jumping in and out of the fence. Manager sent an email to residents about ppl smoking pot in the corridors.
