Poor inventory, had to go to another dealer to get what I wanted. Cash Only and better prices, better customer service in Orlando. Then says they're in Daytona but they're like 15 miles away. They're on some side street, good luck finding them. Response to owners defensive. Sorry, you are mistaken, I had my first April's scooter serviced there some time ago and I did no review at that time. Been in there many times, for example the Aprilia/ vespa new were on the south side. I spoke to sales guy, was same guy for several years. I think I have spoken to you, if your the one tgat was there at times after hours and I think on weekends at the northern side service area. Another wrong assumption is that I advocate for some shop in Orlando, if that were true, one would assume I reviewed said shop with a glorious positive review but I don't think I've reviewed your competitor but I will now and I can mention you. To be more thorough, I reviewed other unhappy reviewers reviews. Roberto Calderon states he had to get he needed from Augustine, describes rude, even racist pensive communication with your parts guy and he was essentially told cash only but in form of a Wire only. Tracy Lynch wrote had noise complaint and you installed an unneeded transmission, $700 later still had noise and I assume went elsewhere. John Adkins wrote he was overcharged $700, same amount as Tracy? Steve Klingel 4 visits during posted hours and wasted trips because you were closed. Paggi75 wrote refusal to even look at her bike.

Son bought a Vespa Sooter for his wife. Richie is such a good sales person and what a nice guy so friendly and so full of info. He was so kind to help us get loaded and be sure we knew how to handle scooter. This is a GREAT shop to do business with and what a selection of scooters. THANKS Richie....wife loved scooter.
