Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone.

nobody answer the phone, the machine to leave message is full, the office is close for the public but they be in the office. the worker does not answer. no one answers the phone, I went to the office personally and they are not serving the public even though the office staff was there they did not even let me ask them a question while I was there. In order to obtain documents you must go to the door in some envelopes and take the document you need but the envelopes are empty. My contract expired in June. I have been communicating with the worker and I have not received a response since May that I am writing to her. The owner of the property requested an increase and to date they have not responded, which means the risk that the contract will be broken and I will end up on the street with my son. there are many people losing aid because they can't find houses and others because they don't respond and the paperwork doesn't come out while they're in the office. I had an excellent worker and since they changed her there is no communication. I will be grateful if it can be solved
